Yes, you can accept fast payments from friends, family or business customers from PayPal or Venmo etc. For online business owners though we still need simple but flexible payment solutions to get paid fast.
This is where the service called “Stripe Payment Links” comes to the rescue. Consider these scenarios:
You’re on the phone with a customer who needs a customized payment sent to them but they don’t have Venmo or PayPal but still can pay with any credit or debit card.
You need to set up a secure payment link in 2 minutes or less to email or text a customer to pay you for your goods/services on their own time.
You have a monthly subscription you want to set up such as a $299 monthly group coaching service and don’t want to go through the technical set up of creating a payment form online. As of this writing this is not possible on Venmo and it’s not as simple on PayPal but you can use PayPal buttons here to do so.
You have one or more tangible products you want to sell with complimentary upsells.
Or you want to sell any digital product such as an ebook, membership, course etc. without needing to buy special payment apps or add-ons.
Any or all of those situations above are simple to solve using Stripe Payment links.
